Packaging

The kraft boxes used for packing up your lovely orders are fully recyclable. Each order is carefully hand wrapped with hand stamped tissue paper and finished off with a knotsy sticker complete with our branded logo.

Our items are handmade to order, we will ensure that they are ready for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Options and Costs

All products are sent via Royal Mail or appropriate courier.

Next day Delivery is £7.80*

1st class delivery is £3.90*

2nd class delivery is £3.30*

Delivery will be made anytime between 8am & 8pm

International Delivery

International delivery costs are worked out based on total weight of order. You will be sent a dispatch notice along with tracking number once your order has been sent.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes.

Returns
